Back in college, I went on every diet program you can imagine! I went vegan, tried keto, fasting, and even meal replacement shakes that I thought were just YUCKY and so not tasty! What is the investment?

Participation and membership in the 30 Day Tone Up Program costs a one-time payment of $400.

When does the program start and how long do I have to finish it?

The 30 Day Tone Up begins whenever YOU sign up and commit yourself to the program! The program and E-Book are broken down into 4 easy to follow weeks. Once you sign up, every 7 days you will receive an email from me with that week’s E-Book and weekly challenge. I recommend diving into the materials as I send you the emails, however you can totally work at your own pace and adjust it to fit YOUR lifestyle!

Where does the program take place?

The program is 100% online! You will have access to a private Facebook membership group as well as a copy of the 30 Day Tone Up E-Book!

What happens if I can’t make the live Q&A sessions?

You can always submit your questions or topic requests ahead of time to Lauren. If you can’t make the session, the live will be recorded and stay on the Facebook page… it ain’t going anywhere! That way you can tune in and watch them on your own time!

Can I do this if I’m gluten free, vegetarian or vegan?

Part of this program is teaching YOU how to fuel your body through balancing your plate and being mindful of your food choices. While the program recipes and shopping list is not exclusively personalized to fit these preferences and/or restrictions, you can easily modify meals to fit any food restrictions, food allergies and your likes/dislikes.

What happens after 30 days?

I’m not going anywhere!! After the 30 days, you have the option to continue being part of the program, attend monthly live q&a calls and stay up to date on all things healthy eating by continuing your membership in the Exclusive Facebook Group!
