High Protein Blueberry Muffins
1 box of your favorite high protein muffin mix
I used Kodiak Cakes Blueberry Lemon muffin mix!
1 cup high protein milk
I used Fairlife reduced fat ultra-filtered milk
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Put all ingredients into mixing bowl and hand-stir until blended.
Lightly grease 12 muffin tins and divide batter evenly.
Bake in oven for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked all the way through.
Cool for 5 minutes before eating!
