High Protein Blueberry Muffins

Servings: 12

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of your favorite high protein muffin mix

    • I used Kodiak Cakes Blueberry Lemon muffin mix!

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup high protein milk

    • I used Fairlife reduced fat ultra-filtered milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Put all ingredients into mixing bowl and hand-stir until blended.

  3. Lightly grease 12 muffin tins and divide batter evenly.

  4. Bake in oven for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked all the way through.

  5. Cool for 5 minutes before eating!
