These high protein blueberry muffins are seriously the perfect snack to make if you’re tight on time but still want to meal prep something quick! They are made with 100% whole wheat flour which means they’re less processed and have more fiber than a traditional muffin, which is important if you’re trying to lose weight and maintain a healthy body.

A typical blueberry muffin contains 424 calories, 60 grams carbs, 5 grams protein and 18 grams fat.

To compare, these high protein blueberry muffins contain 138 calories, 24 grams carbs, 8 grams protein, 1.5 grams fat.

*Breakfast Inspo: I recommend pairing 2 muffins with 1 packet of RXBar’s vanilla almond butter for a quick & easy breakfast on the go!
